It is the journal of record of LVACS and is published eight times each year and emailed free to members of the Section. Ask us! Through several website iterations over the past two decades things have gotten shuffled - just drop us a line and we'll see if we can locate it. The older Octagons were on paper but there are several collections which are fairly complete. We'd be happy to make these available to you.
